My name is Suzanne Tytgat (°1970). As a behavioral scientist and psychologist, I see it as my mission to empower leaders to become more “connected”, decisive and resilient. I graduated with a Master degree in Psychology from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL). I have qualified specialisations in Integral and Systemic Coaching, Outdoor Coaching, Training delivery and Family Mediation.
For business-related coaching, training and in-company projects, I focus on the professional challenges from a human perspective, personal growth, leadership, trust-building and connected communication.
As an Occupational Psychologist, supporting organisations and creating authenticity and balance on the human side is my passion. This often involves coaching leadership style and company culture, empowering employees by encouraging Appreciative Inquiry and enhancing people skills in leaders.
Aside from individual coaching, team coaching and mediation, my offerings include training and psycho-educational workshops.
